weekend in Den Haag
we slept a bit late (only shut down our comp around 2am)
starting from Leuven 10.19, arrived in Antw Berchem a bit late, which we thought we’d missed the train from Bxl (it was scheduled 4 min. for us to transfer). however, the train was late 10, euh.. announced again 15min late, and really showed up 11.35.
I sms-ed Ili about this delay. Half past one we arrived in Den Haag HS, and 5 min later take the connection to CS. Kopi came to CS exactly as we arrived.
The weather were not so nice, windy and showered us while we walked to Kopi’s app at Spui 41H. Ili had not returned yet from the shop, bought us some foods. We took some rest, then Ili returned with some assortiments of bread from chinese bakery. We enjoyed our lunch together.
NN & Ili went for shopping. me and Kopi on the study desk, discussing my thesis work. It was quite intensive, 2 hours twisting our brains, critically assessed the draft and exchanging ideas for improvements.
Around 5pm NN & Ili back and we had some chit chat. Ili made a phone call, booked some seats for our dinner. A quarter past seven we left home, and exactly half past seven we’re at Dayang (sumatra restaurant). It was real indonesian food ! I ate nasi goreng rames special (with kroepoek and 2 satés). Full stomach we walked back home.
